- Process your transactions and manage your POS data
- Manage Loyalty Points programs and customer debt balances
- Calculate Gross Profit and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accurately

- Display personalized advertisements through Google AdMob

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We employ multiple layers of protection to ensure your information remains safe.
- Offline Data is stored locally on your device using Hive technology to support offline-first functionality
- Cloud Authenticated data is synchronized with our secure cloud servers when an internet connection is available
- Encryption All data transmissions are protected with TLS/SSL encryption
- Access Control Role-based access (Admin/Cashier) ensures only authorized users can view sensitive data
Advertising
We use Google AdMob and Google AdSense to display advertisements within the Application. These services may collect and use data to provide personalized ads.
4.1 Data Collected by Ad Services
Google AdMob may collect the following information:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address and general location data
- App usage and interaction data
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics

App Permissions
To provide its services, iSale POS may request the following permissions:
- Camera Used for scanning product barcodes
- Internet Used for cloud synchronization, user authentication, and serving advertisements
- Storage Used for exporting reports to CSV/Excel format
- Bluetooth Used for connecting external barcode scanners and receipt printers
- AD_ID Used by Google AdMob to serve relevant advertisements
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers to monitor, analyze, and support the use of our Application:
- Google AdMob For displaying in-app advertisements and analytics
- Google AdSense For serving and managing advertisement content
- Google Play Billing — for processing premium subscriptions
- QRIS Payment Gateway — for processing digital payments
Children's Information
iSale POS does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that your child has provided personal information through our application, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove such information from our records.
We also ensure that ads served through Google AdMob comply with applicable children's privacy regulations, including COPPA.
